Earth Day Cleanup
This year, under the leadership of our new city administration—Mayor Griemel and City Council; PCIP was happy to partner with the City to host its first collaborative City-Wide Clean Up.
With your help, we accumulated 1,010 (one thousand and ten) hours of volunteer time, equating to $30,250 dollars of labor poured into making Pontiac parks and public spaces a beautiful place for you and your neighbors!

Pontiac, this work fits into PCIP’s strategy to help improve the appearance and quality of our parks, our neighborhoods so that all residents will have access to safe places to play and conjugate.
Now that spring has sprung and the City Wide Clean Up initiative is complete, keeping our parks and neighborhoods clean don’t have to end. Let’s continue keeping your own yards clean, continue picking up trash while taking walks in the community, let’s continue to demonstrate our pride and love for our city. Our efforts were the start of an ongoing endeavor.
Community Partners, the commitment of this group has shown, exemplifies the definition of collective impact and the benefits of a common agenda! We again say thank you for your support.
